1999 And the anarch movement was fading fast, it was losing its footholds in America, much like in the last decade it had lost its footing around the world, it was quickly slipping off stage.
In 2001, September it met what many assumed would have been its end with even more totalitarian rule in the mortal world, restricting their world all the more.
However, even as the mortal political view was changing and underlining force was growing through out the world. It was a rebirth of the the movement, even the mortals were calling it a Digital Revolution. Technology continued to grow faster than it ever had, and where as mortal childern were able to pick up many things that their parents were slower too do the same, amongst vampires it was even more pronounced as the divide grew.
The Great Recession was pushed forward by the "Red Question" allowing living room for the Anarchs to spring forth from once more. The Iron grip of the Ivory tower broke in many ways and the vines of youth quickly sprung forward. in 2004 no more then three cities were under anarch control, by 2008 they held defacto domain over more then three states.
Their enemies amongst the Kindred of the east seem to fade, suddenly no longer interested in the fight, that many thought the Ivory tower had left the Anarchs to deal with, and the anarchs were more then willing to pick up the pieces.
As they grew, they some how got magics to their cause, some of which seem to even be unheard of my many of the Tremere elders much to their dismay.
By 2010, they now hold sway over most of the west coast. There are conflicts in California with contested domains and the sabbat, and east of the rockies they have some feuds with the Ivory tower of who is the prince where... but as of now they seem stronger then they ever have been before. Born from ashses to arise anew.
It is not the Collection of states that MacNeil had perhaps hoped to see, and if they could focus their cause on the Destruction of the eldest they might well be likened to the Sabbat. But somewhere between all of this, perhaps many of these youths were able to put the evolution of mortal politics into play after their embrace.
